Process

Six steps.
No surprises.

Each step produces a signed-off output. Nothing moves forward without the previous step closed.

01
Brief
Day 1

A focused session — 45 to 90 minutes — where we establish the goals, the audience, and the scope. The output is a written brief, signed by both parties before any work begins.

02
Strategy
Week 1

Site structure, content hierarchy, and (for identity projects) brand strategy — agreed in writing. This stage produces the decisions that design will be evaluated against.

03
Design
Week 1–4

Visual design for all agreed pages in Figma. One direction, presented and discussed. Revisions within included rounds. Design sign-off required before development begins on each page.

04
Build
Week 3–7

Development of approved designs. Mobile and desktop tested throughout. Performance tracked from the start. CMS configured and tested before handover.

05
Review
Week 6–8

Structured revision rounds. Consolidated feedback per round — not rolling changes. Post-revision amends outside included rounds are billed at the hourly rate.

06
Launch
Week 7–9

DNS transfer, SSL confirmation, analytics verification, redirect testing. Source files delivered. Handover walkthrough scheduled. Post-launch support period begins.

Start with
a brief.

Step one takes 45–90 minutes and sets the direction for everything else.
